CHACHA SHATO ASKANA

Chateau Askana Chacha – produced in limited quantities in an Italian copper still, Chacha is distinguished by its high alcohol content of 40%. The production technology is designed for the potential of aging in the bottle, which ensures the possibility of oenological storage and further development of the product. Chacha is made by combining wine distillate and the traditional method — from three grape varieties endemic to Western Georgia: Chkhaveri (2023), Krakhuna (2022) and Tsolikauri (2022).
